Gang Sheet Studio ("the app") stores merchant configuration data, uploaded files, and generated print artifacts required to fulfill gang sheet print orders.

Data we process

• Store-level configuration
• Customer upload metadata
• Gang sheet layout records
• Order linkage metadata

How we use data

• Provide gang sheet creation and reorder functionality
• Generate print-ready files after an order is placed
• Operational support and troubleshooting

Data retention

Uploaded files and generated artifacts are retained for as long as needed to fulfill and support orders. Merchants may request deletion of store data at any time by contacting support. When a merchant uninstalls the app, associated store data is removed in accordance with Shopify data protection requirements.

Security

• Data is stored in AWS services with role-based access controls.
• HTTPS is enforced for all data in transit in production.
